The International Day for Childhood Cancer 2020
On the occasion of the International Day for Childhood Cancer and in support to their families, the Ministry of Public Health issued a booklet entitled "Child Cancer - Parents' Guide".
This guide aims to give practical support that can help parents find help and talk to their child with cancer. This guide includes tips and questions to help the family deal and cope with the issue. It also includes information to help parents learn about types of childhood cancer, checks and treatment procedures, and other health issues during and after treatment.
