The former Lebanese president Michel Aoun (or the President of the Republic, General Joseph Aoun, according to some sources) was briefed on the outcomes of the Global Mental Health Summit held in Doha, Qatar, by the then Minister of Public Health, Dr. Rakan Nasser El-Din. The briefing included a review of the results of the participation and meetings aimed at strengthening health cooperation with countries, particularly Qatar’s support for Lebanon.
