ب- من مهندس خبير بالمساحة مصدقة من نقابة المهندسين. .

ب- سند ملكية باسم الشركة مع نسخة عنه عليها أو ج_ سند الإيجار الأصلي بإسم الشركة أو باسم الصيدلي مسجل في البلدية تحت رقم وتاريخ وموقع من رئيس البلدية وممهور بختمه و بختم البلدية مع صورة طبق الاصل عنه موقعـة وممهـورة مـن رئيـس البلدية (في حال عدم وجود بلدية يصدق من قائمقام او محافظ)
